Here, you can relax on comfortable seating by the warmth of a wood burner or enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. For a more immersive experience, the separate Cinema Snug features a projector and a sofa bed, creating an ideal hideaway for late-night film marathons.
Kitchen and Dining: The rustic, open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped to handle large-scale group catering. Whether you are preparing a celebratory breakfast or a slow-cooked dinner, the space provides everything needed for a seamless culinary experience. The kitchen includes:

Second Floor: The top floor features the master bedroom, complete with a luxurious super-king size bed, alongside an additional twin bedroom, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.

Hot Tub: You can enhance your coastal retreat by booking the private hot tub for an additional fee of £95 per stay. To ensure the water is perfectly heated and ready for your 5:00 PM arrival, please ensure the hot tub is requested and paid for at least 48 hours in advance directly through TJS Properties. This feature offers a wonderful way to relax under the evening sky after a day of exploring the North Devon coast or the local sights in Ilfracombe.
Provided Amenities: To make your group stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, we supply a range of essential items. Each guest is provided with one fresh bath towel, and all necessary high-quality bed linens are prepared for your arrival. For your convenience, hairdryers are available within the villa, and a travel cot is provided for those traveling with younger children, helping you save valuable luggage space while ensuring the whole family is well-catered for.
Connectivity: We understand the importance of staying in touch, whether you are coordinating group plans or sharing your holiday photos. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire home, ensuring a reliable and fast connection in every room across all three floors, from the ground-floor lounge to the top-floor master suite.
