For your morning routine, a microwave and coffee maker are provided, along with a washing machine for your convenience—ideal for refreshing beach gear or managing longer stays.

Hot Tub Use: To enhance your relaxation, use of the private hot tub is included as a complimentary feature for all stays of seven nights or more. For guests enjoying a shorter getaway, the hot tub is available for an additional fee of £150. To ensure the water is perfectly prepared and heated for your stay, this must be booked and paid for through TJS Properties at least 48 hours prior to your 5 PM arrival. This small addition provides the perfect way to unwind under the stars after a day of exploring the North Devon coast.

Essentials Provided: We aim to make your arrival as seamless as possible by providing high-quality, fresh bed linen and one plush bath towel for every guest. These fundamental comforts are prepared specifically for your stay, allowing you to settle in immediately. For your added convenience, you will also find hairdryers in the bedrooms, helping you save valuable luggage space while ensuring you have everything you need for your daily routine.
