Westeria Cottage – 2 Bed-Sleeps 4-TJS9WC, is an appealing mid terrace property which sits on the Bickington Road close to the centre of Barnstaple town.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors. Entering the cottage, you are greeted by a conservatory which provides a space for shoes and boots and to also hang coats. This leads into the lounge, with original features and modern furnished comfy sofas focused on the Smart TV with free view.

Through the lounge is a spacious kitchen/diner. It has a well-equipped contemporary kitchen that has an electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Dine in comfort and style with ample seating for six people. French doors lead out from the kitchen onto an enclosed patio area with garden furniture to seat four and a BBQ to enjoy during the summer months.

Heading up to the first floor there are two bedrooms and the family bathroom which has a P shaped bath with over-head shower and WC. The two bedrooms on this first floor consist of a double and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request).

Outside the property is unrestricted roadside parking on the Bickington Road. There is also a car park which is a short walk from the house. Up to one dog is permitted and we do ask that they remain on the ground floor.
