About Larkrise Penthouse

Upon entering Larkrise – 3 Bed Penthouse-sleeps 6-TJSLR,  The Grange building on the ground floor, a staircase leads you up to the first floor, where Larkrise Penthouse Apartment front door is located.

A further staircase opens up to a lofty open plan living/dining/kitchen space which gives you extensive views over the surrounding countryside and coast.

The well equipped kitchen provides for all your needs with fridge/freezer, electric hob & oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and dish-washer.

After sharing a meal round the dining table, snuggle up on sofas to watch films on the Smart TV.

The three bedrooms offer various combinations suitable for families or friends: one with super-king zip-and-link beds (which can be made in twins on request) has Smart TV and ensuite shower and WC; one with king size zip-and-link bed which can be converted to 2”6’ twins if so desired; and one twin with 2”6’ zip-and-link beds that can be joined into a king size on request.

The second bathroom is equipped with free standing bath, separate shower and WC. Towels and linen are provided.

The Area

Surfers, paddle boarders, sun seekers and sandcastle builders can enjoy the expanse of Woolacombe’s award winning beaches 1.5 miles away. If walking’s your thing, you’re in the right place. Exmoor is half an hour. Nearer to home, Mortehoe’s paths connect to the SW Coast Path, and shorter trails, right on the doorstep, lead to Bull Point Lighthouse at Morte Point where the seals hang out, or lead inland to Ilfracombe. There, from the Victorian harbour, you can take a fishing trip, sail down the coast to see the sunset, perhaps take a full day’s excursion to Lundy island. Cyclists can hop on the Tarka Trail and explore 180 miles of cycle route. Or you could just sit and enjoy the view.
