The open plan living space, furnished with comfortable sofas, 50” TV (Freeview, Netflix and DVD available) is perfect for families and groups of friends who can cosy up in front of the woodburner on cooler evenings. In the well equipped kitchen/diner, the eye catching six-seater island is an impressive feature. Range cooker, gas hob, electric oven, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, double butler sink and Nespresso machine are all to hand. In the dining room, wall to wall picture windows bring the glorious Devon countryside to you while you eat. This space also provides an additional lounge area with 30” TV and DVD player.

A downstairs utility room houses washing machine, & tumble dryer as well as providing a shower room with WC and basin, perfect after a day on the beach. Three bedrooms & family bathroom equipped with WC, basin and over-bath shower, comprise the first floor. Bedroom 1 is made up with a king sized bed and has the luxury of walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with double shower, double ended bath, WC and basin. In addition, large
