Belmont Villa – 4 Bed with Hot Tub-Sleeps 10-TJS22BV is a spacious property which sits close to the centre of the seaside town of Ilfracombe.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. You are greeted by an entrance hall with a large lounge to your left. It has an eye-catching bay window, high ceilings and sofas, some surrounding the log burner, others focus on the Smart TV. Further down the corridor you will find the snug which has a projector to watch movies and a single sofa bed with pull out trundle.

The open plan kitchen-diner is rustic and well-equipped. It has a range style electric oven & gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge/freezer, as well as ample seating. The back door lead out onto the patio garden which has a large hot tub, garden furniture and a BBQ.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 separate toilets and a family bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The bedrooms consist of a double and family room which is made up of a double bunk bed (child only on the top) and triple bunkbed (child only on the top 2 bunks). On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a super-king size bed; the other is a twin.

Up to two dogs are permitted at the property. We ask that they remain on the ground floor and that you inform us when you book the property.

There is plenty of on street parking outside.
