4 The Terrace is a spacious mid-terrace property with stunning sea views, which sits nestled in a peaceful spot close to the centre of the seaside town of Ilfracombe.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. You are greeted by a traditional Victorian styled entrance hall with a light and airy double bedroom (twin on request) to your left, that has a bay window, high ceilings, & Smart TV.

The open plan rustic kitchen-diner is well-equipped. It has a range style electric oven & gas hob, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & has ample seating for 8 people alongside a breakfast bar that seats 3. A separate toilet & washing machine are accessed via the back of the kitchen. A sliding patio door opens out to steps which lead up to a garden surrounded by plants & shrubbery. A terrace area has garden furniture & a BBQ.

On the 1st floor there is a lounge with an eye-catching bay window & beautiful sea views , high ceilings & comfortable sofas which are gathered around another Smart TV/DVD with Freeview. 1 double bedroom, a separate WC & a family bathroom equipped with basin & over-bath shower comprise the rest of the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, bedroom 3 is the master & has a king size bed & bedroom 4 is set up as a twin (king on request).

Up to 1 dog is permitted on the property. We ask that they remain on the ground floor & that you inform us when you book. 1 travel cot & highchair can be provided on request. There is 1 hairdryer per bedroom and linen is provided, alongside 1 bath sheet & hand towel per guest. There is plenty of on street parking outside the front of the property. To the rear of the property there is one private parking space on grass. This can be accessed off Worth Road via the private driveway running across the back of the houses.
